So, around April in 2022 I offered the first set of R2D2 lights that became known as the Astropixels. I wrote about them briefly a few months later in this post.
Well, it seems that they’ve been popular. I’ve managed to keep the price down, and even got it down to £70 at times. This still includes a £10 donation to charity for every set sold. Infact, since starting to sell them back in 2022 I’ve sold over 450 sets to date which has enabled me to donate over £5000 (including gift aid) to the club charities. I’m truly amazed at not only how well these lights have been received, but also the number of droids that are currently being made!
